The Team
EYES working Teams
EYES working Teams consists of Previous service users that have been through, overcome and sustained positive independent lives. They are from diverse backgrounds and cultures although a higher ratio is from the BAME Community. They understand the issues within the community we want to support because they live in those communities. For this reason, they are invested in helping those who are silently crying out for help and those who demonstrate their need for help through negative actions and behaviours.
They see, hear, and feel the poverty, discrimination and some of the injustices that occur daily within neighbourhoods in Wolverhampton. These are some of the core reasons why young people/youths go out of control and why their parents are sceptical and distrusting of accepting help from mainstream provisions.
