Steps2Success – Reaching Communities Lottery Funding:
Beneficiaries of the S2S will participate in a series of creative sessions that will identify barriers and issues that prevent them from living their daily lives without 'trouble'. They will share their stories and examine the common threads that tie their experiences together. During these sessions trained project workers will deconstruct their stories and guide the service users into developing a short dramatic play depicting the primary issues and barriers that prevents them from living reasonably comfortable and safe lifestyles.

EYES is a partner within the multi-agency network and pivotal to reaching service users that are seen by some mainstream provisions as ‘Resistant’ to accessing support.
EYES Working with those providers helps to facilitate much needed support for service users, providing a firm foundation for them to achieve their goals.

EYES delivers Outreach Services for the Local Authorities of Walsall and Wolverhampton
Boys Certified Programme Funded by The violence Reduction Partnership Via The Home Office
Boys Certified Project supports young boys who are vulnerable or at risk
from violence through street altercations or gang violence. The project will
help them to see past their situation and support them to make good decisions.
The boys will be assigned Project Worker/Mentor(s) who have experienced
what they are going through and understand the struggle dealing with the
fear of

Service:
The Step Together Team Operates on geographical routes across Wolverhampton, before and after the school day. The service is during term time, The Team walks along the identified school route, and supports the safety of young people to and from school.
The Team being visual and active on the route helps to reduce or prevent the numbers of school children from being:
Victims of crime
Exploited by negative influences
Groomed
EYES Step Together Team:
Develop relationships with young people
Offer a point of safety
Diffuse and deescalate in the event of incident or rising community tensions.

The Public Health Approach is cooperated in this service; EYES is a link within the multi-agency network.
The team plays a critical role in supporting young people on their route on the way to school and their journey after school. The service is not delivered in isolation.

Step Together is a Home Office funded national pilot Programme with local implementation led by the VRP(Violence Reduction Partnership) It seeks to connect Education, Police and Community Partners in a collaborative project designed to increase safety and reduce violent crime towards young people along designated school routes at the start and end of the school day.
